Terms and Conditions

• You must be a legally registered business in the UAE or internationally, with valid trade licenses.
• You should have experience in supplying goods or services of a similar nature and scale.
• The bid must be submitted with all required documents before the due date and time.
• Offers received after the due date and time will not be considered.
• Site Visit, if required upon request.
• Interested suppliers must download, complete, sign, and submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as an Expression of Interest (EOI).
• Send the signed NDA along with the required documents to: procurement@iitdabudhabi.ac.ae

Required Documents

1. Commercial / Industrial / Trade License and other documents to prove the nature of the business
2. VAT certificate and latest VAT return statement with the bid
3. Authorization letter on company letterhead for the supplier's registration representative
4. Bank Account Confirmation Letter (IBAN letter)
5. Letter of authorization from the OEM
6. Other relevant details, including after-sales support and record of similar work in the UAE or Gulf states
