While the specific screening steps and initial conversations may vary depending on the requirements of the role and the expertise being sought, the final selection is determined through a formal panel interview featuring senior leadership representatives, the executive team, and other experts. For some roles, candidates may also be requested to deliver a brief presentation as part of this comprehensive assessment framework.
