Cover Letter

A formal statement of intent matching your profile with our institutional vision. The letter should explicitly highlight how your past experience matches our requirements and anticipated growth path.

Resume

A CV documenting educational qualifications and professional milestones. Including the names of at least two professional referees is highly preferred.

Academic qualifications will be subject to verification and validation. Selected candidates must provide copies of their academic qualifications (degrees, diplomas, etc.) and transcripts upon selection.

Selection & Assessment Process

IITD-AD Assessment

The evaluation process is designed to comprehensively assess professional experience, leadership track records, and technical competencies through a structured series of interactions. While the specific screening steps and initial conversations may vary depending on the requirements of the role and the expertise being sought, the final selection is determined through a formal panel interview featuring senior leadership representatives, the executive team, and other experts. For some roles, candidates may also be requested to deliver a brief presentation as part of this comprehensive assessment framework.
